During this year, I will be appearing at the following venues to talk about my new book, Strong Roots. Please do come along if you can.
Monday 11th - Tuesday 12th May, 2026 - The Fermenters Guild Symposium with Sandor Katz
A two day 2-day symposium focused on celebrating the power, art and science of fermentation, held within the beautiful OmVed Gardens, a space dedicated to nature, community and food. The Fermenters Guild is a trade organisation focused on supporting food & drink professionals who work with fermentation.
On Monday, there will be a live theatre demo by Sandor Katz and a panel discussion with with Olia, Chef Sam Black and Dr Johnny Drain.
On Tuesday, there will be a unique koji and mould fermentation class with Sandor Katz and Haruko Uchishiiba. Spaces are limited. Book here.
