In-Person Workshops
These are a part workshop and part feast. First, there is teaching and hands-on cooking, then we share a beautiful lunch or dinner, with lots of pickles and either the dumplings we’ve all made (or other dishes) plus organic house wine. You will receive instructions, and a pack of recipes via email after payment. I provide Kilner jars for all the ferments, so you will be going home with the “ferments of the future”.
