Dumplings and Ferments Workshop, 17 May 2025

These are a part workshop and part feast, where I teach you how to make Ukrainian, Georgian, Central Asian dumplings and then we enjoy a feast of dumplings, a tasting of different ferments and salads.  Organic wine is on offer too. You will receive a pack of recipes via email after the class. I provide Kilner jars for all the ferments, so you will be going home with ferments of the future! 

We can accommodate most dietaries apart from gluten intolerance.
