This is the first workshop of a kind! If it rains, it rains, we will still make it work. I will show you how to cook over fire, using the best organic seasonal vegetables and fruit. We will also make fermented tomatoes, which you will take home with you in a beautiful Kilner jar. We will feast on the stuff we grill and on some fermented tomatoes of course! Organic wine, beers (it’s a BBQ after all) and non-alcoholic beverages will be aflow. All sorts of dietaries welcome to this workshop.
